  5. Hi guys, I'll be out of the office until Tuesday, but you'll be in great hands with Mariel. Meagan
  6. As mentioned, being that I'm not a technician, I'm unable to advise dealers or customers on repair processes or attempt diagnoses. In the event a customer is escalated to their customer service manager, the CSM works with the dealer for a resolution. They can check to make sure the dealer has attempted all lines of assistance, from checking TSB's to calling the hotline, however CSMs are also not technicians. I would recommend heading to another dealer for a second opinion. Meagan
  7. I'm not a trained technician, which is why I advise you all to head to your dealers to have concerns evaluated and diagnosed. I can ask questions to parts Subject Matter Experts we have on hand, but some things they will not be able to answer for me to relay to you all, as they are not hands on with your vehicles. Meagan
  8. Hi guys! Have you had a chance to visit your dealer to get this looked at? The best way for data to get to the engineers is when owners have their symptoms documented and diagnosed by dealers. Just let me know, and I'll see how to assist. Meagan
  9. Hi everyone! I'll be out for Thanksgiving, and back on Friday. Have a safe and happy holiday! Meagan

  11. Hi Joe, Here's some information I found in your Owner Manual: The AC outlet must be a three-prong 110-120 volt AC outlet that is properly grounded, 15–20 amps (or greater) and in good condition. You must use a dedicated line, which means you cannot have other appliances connected to the same circuit. If you do not use dedicated circuit, the circuit breaker could trip or open. Pages 173 and 174 discuss the Check Outlet icon. It recommends having the outlet checked by a qualified electrician and make sure the AC plug fits firmly into the outlet. Contact an authorized EV certified dealer if problem persists. Meagan
  12. Thanks for writing back! Keep me updated with your Fusion. If the symptoms return, please let me know. Meagan

  14. Hi Mike, Have you been to your dealer, or had this resolved since your last post? Please let me know, along with your mileage. Meagan
  15. Here's something I found in the Owner Manual. Page 79 (2013) Trip Summary and Lifetime Summary: • Distance - The total distance traveled, distance traveled on battery power only (EV distance) and Regen distance are displayed. Regen distance is the estimated range gained from energy recaptured through regenerative braking. I hope this helps! If you need more detail, please let me know. Meagan
