Dragon NRG Posted June 15, 2013 at 10:45 PM Report Share Posted June 15, 2013 at 10:45 PM Picked up 2013 Titanium Energi last week from stock. Have been lurking on the boards for a few weeks. Thanks to everyone for the contributions to board - much better info than the typical salesman! Rhyalus and jeff_h

Russael Posted June 16, 2013 at 12:28 PM Report Share Posted June 16, 2013 at 12:28 PM Welcome to the forums. :) I had a couple people at the Schoolcraft College EV show here in Michigan tell me that after explaining the car to them. Is it bad that I have low expectations of sales people? I tend to research everything myself, sell the benefits of said item to myself, and then go buy it if it fits my needs. I love my cars. :)
shaggy314 Posted June 17, 2013 at 08:11 PM Report Share Posted June 17, 2013 at 08:11 PM I think Ford is pricing it too high to keep it away from gas Ti version... Chevy is having to discount Volts another $4k at the moment. Nobody wants to loose money selling a car. So long as they have low number sitting on the lots, they will think the price is right. Since 2014 will have the car on sale all model year long, they may rethink the price in 2015 as pent up demand had us buying 2013's faster than they made them. Ex. I ordered before they scheduled 2013's and took delivery after they had already stopped. 149 days is a short model year.
