Considering buying - would like a low maintenance car

How much do energies actually run nicely without expensive maintenance and how much are the repairs just absolutely expensive? I would like to keep a car around 250k miles has this just completely crapped out on anyone within a few years? - I can do the rare expensive maintenance I do save up months of income for emergencies but I'd like to know if these are typically expensive to maintain. Thanks!

The only things I've had to do to my 2017 since it was bought 18 months ago, is rotate the tires, change the oil (once so far), and replace the charge port LED ring. About 58,000 miles on it now, compared to 43,000 when we got it.

I don't know that anyone on here has exceeded 120 or 130,000. But those that have logged 100k+ have said their cars are doing fine.

There are issues reported on occasion that often relate to the battery control module (BECM), but no total battery failures that I've seen. I think most who have had a BECM failure had it covered under the powertrain warranty.

Very low maintenance.  Bought my 2015 used in 2017.  I've put over 50k miles on it (95k total on the odometer).  It came with new tires so I haven't even had to replace those yet, though I'm getting close.  Oil changes are the only maintenance I've done.  And only 2 minor issues in 5 years: it came with a light ring with a burned out quarter, and I had a seat wiring harness short out.  Both were covered by warranty.
