Trade In Options

I'm consider trading in my 2017 FFE.  My dealership has two vehicles I'm considering.  As far as I can tell, feature wise they are both identical.

First is a 2019 FFE with Nav, with 1544 miles and they are asking $31,995

Second is a 2020 FFE with Nav, with 10,917 miles and they are asking $32,895

Not sure what changes there was between a 19 and 20.  If both cars have the same exact feature, which would you go for?

Of course, bottom line is what will they give me for my 2017.

I believe that very little to nothing was changed from 19 to 20 as most of the changes were done for the 2019 model year. They both have the updated styling and larger HV batter compared to the 17 and 18 models. I am a little thrown off by the prices unless I got mine for an incredible deal. I paid Carvana $28,000 for a 2019 Fusion Energi Titanium with 5,200 miles on it back in the middle of December.

Thanks @dgboyer

That dealership tends to advertise them a bit high priced.  I have no intention of paying that price.  I've bought 3 cars from them so they usually treat me pretty decent.

But the magic question... would you go for the new vehicle with higher mileage and a slightly higher cost... or the older vehicle with less miles and a little lower price???

I'm leaning towards the 2020, mostly because my wife has a 2020 Edge. ?

Just not sure if I like the Russet interior.  I'm used to the Ebony in my 17 FFE.

My dealership offers and extended warranty at a fairly decent price that covers the car, bumper to bumper, up to 100,000 miles and has no time limit.  It's unlikely since I work from home and drive very little (and am 60 years old) that I would ever reach 100,000 on either vehicle.  It's entirely possible it will be the last car I ever purchase.

Does anyone know if the 2019 or 2020 have 3G or 4G modems?
