My dash above the drivers side has two marks on it. Looks as though at the Ford assembly line its how they sat the dash on a shelf or something like that. Anyway, I brought it to my dealers attention right away, buy the time they contacted Ford with pictures, Ford said its to late and they will not cover the marks. Needles to say I'm furious with this dealership and am going to talk to the GM on Monday. I just would like to find out if others have this and could give me more of an advantage to talk to Ford. The dealership ordered a replacement part and marked it on my record, although a new car should be delivered flawless.
