JayeSmoothe Posted June 5, 2021 at 11:36 PM Report Share Posted June 5, 2021 at 11:36 PM MyFord mobile stopped updating...the last update was 2/23/2021. Customer Service for MyFord Mobile seem clueless and useless! I took the car into dealer...sync system was bad, they replaced it. The app still isn't working with my android, so the dealer said to get in touch with MyFord Mobile. AGAIN....clueless and useless! I even called TMobile to see if any android updates coincided with when my app stopped updating 2/23/21. No such luck....1/15/21 and 4/22/21 were the update dates. Both MyFord Mobile and the dealership are pointing fingers at each other at this point and I don't have time for this foolishness. Does anyone out there have any possible solutions for me? Pull and replace the fuse for the data modem. I think it is #10 in the driver's foot well. OR, much easier unless you enjoy standing on your head, disconnect the negative (ground) lead of the 12 volt battery for 1 minute. There have been many reports of the modem going to sleep. This has the side effect of the engine losing its learned parameters. It will take up to 25 miles for it to relearn them the same as it did when the car was new.
