theterminator93 Posted January 2, 2021 at 11:04 PM Report Share Posted January 2, 2021 at 11:04 PM (edited) The charging circuitry has logic to ramp up the charge rate over a few moments after it detects is is connected to the car, and by extension one could assume it wouldn't be providing any power to those terminals unless it detects is is connected to the car. However, I wouldn't test that theory myself. I'm not sure why anybody would want/need to.
