Marvin Posted November 15, 2020 at 04:45 PM Report Share Posted November 15, 2020 at 04:45 PM I get a "No data received from vehicle" error when I try to run a health check report from my account on Ford's website. If your vehicle is equipped with SYNC® Connect, once activated, you'll be able to see your Vehicle Health Alerts & Vehicle Health Report. Does the Fusion Titanium have SYNC® Connect? If it does; how do I activate it?
murphy Posted November 15, 2020 at 06:06 PM Report Share Posted November 15, 2020 at 06:06 PM What year is your car? Vehicle Health Reports were terminated several years ago for my 2013.

murphy Posted November 15, 2020 at 08:33 PM Report Share Posted November 15, 2020 at 08:33 PM The procedure , when I had it, was to log into my account on myfordmobile.com and activate VHR. Then within the next 24 hours a message would pop up on the screen in the car that had to be acknowledged. When I had it, even though my car has a data modem, the transaction took place over a dial up cellphone connection. It sounds like they are now using a different process. Hopefully the process is explained in detail in the Owner's Manual. I have not driven a car later than my 2013 so I don't know what changes they may have made. All I know is that because of the changes VHR is no longer available for my 2013 Energi.
muzicman61 Posted November 17, 2020 at 05:45 PM Report Share Posted November 17, 2020 at 05:45 PM I was thinking you had to enable it in the FordPass app in the car? I haven't personally seen a heath report in a long time.
murphy Posted November 17, 2020 at 05:53 PM Report Share Posted November 17, 2020 at 05:53 PM The Energi has its own app called "MyFord Mobile". At least my 2013 does. What they did later after they deactivated VHR for me, I don't know.
Marvin Posted November 17, 2020 at 07:53 PM Author Report Share Posted November 17, 2020 at 07:53 PM We had to use a combination of FordPass and MyFord Mobile to get our phones to communicate with the car. Once we did that, we only use MyFord Mobile. I can't find anything about VHRs in the manual or in MyFord Mobile. The only place I have found a way to try and access the VHR is using my account on the Ford website and going to My Account > My Ford Vehicles > Details. However, when I try and run a VHR I get this:
Marvin Posted November 17, 2020 at 08:15 PM Author Report Share Posted November 17, 2020 at 08:15 PM Just got off of a chat session with a customer service agent at Ford. She told me that it is no longer possible for owners to get VHRs from their cars. VHRs are only available by taking the car to a dealer. jj2me
muzicman61 Posted November 18, 2020 at 08:21 PM Report Share Posted November 18, 2020 at 08:21 PM I know FordPass used to show you your mileage, gas level and oil life. But that no longer works. It's pretty much worthess these days. I get more more use from My Ford Mobile app.
j8048188 Posted November 18, 2020 at 10:04 PM Report Share Posted November 18, 2020 at 10:04 PM Fordpass still shows me fuel level, odometer, and oil life on my 2020 Energi. It seems to only transfer that data over bluetooth to the phone that I have paired.
muzicman61 Posted November 19, 2020 at 06:16 PM Report Share Posted November 19, 2020 at 06:16 PM Might be the version of Sync? Mine is a 2017. Hasn't worked since about January. I do get fuel level, but not mileage or oil level.
