Ya know, those don't look bad at all.  Great for protecting against door dings.  I wonder what the white ones will look like... I'm still teetering on the fence for the moment.

 

Forgot to ask: Peter, which website did you get them from?  Was it CarID or Sportwing?

Did you put them on yourself? How hard was it to get them straight?

spoiler and wing king  ($91.90 including shipping).  Came very well protected and with instructions.

 

I spend a lot of time measuring and getting the masking tape in place and measuring again ( put immediately above where the side moldings would be)  Made sure that the line of the masking tape looked good on both sides and then took the plunge. My daughter helped me so that we could get the blunt end attached first and then line up  the rest; would have been more difficult with only one pair of hands

OK - so mine should be here next week.  Did you measure down from the top ridge a consistent amount or from the ground up?  Were the directions specific to our car or just general?  What are the measurement numbers?  I'd like to try to visualize how it will look.  Sorry about the # of questions - just nervous about screwing up my new baby!

I'm going measure from the ground up or follow the apex of the door, which looks best to me.

Installed mine tonight.  Directions were to measure from the bottom of the door - 14.25 in the front, and 15.25 in the rear.  Stretched blue tape from between these two points.  the bottom of the tape became the top of the strip.  Looks like this:

SD I was going to ask how the ebay ones are holding up. I am thinking of getting a set myself for diamond tri-coat. for just under $90 does not seem to be a bad deal at all.
