If not, the data modem in the car may need to be reset. Hard way: Stand on your head in the drivers floor area and remove and re-install fuse #10. The white translucent piece of plastic on the panel is a fuse puller. A really dumb place to put a fuse panel. Easy way: Disconnect the negative battery lead from the battery in the trunk for one minute. The only downside is the car will lose the learned engine operating parameters and have to relearn them. If you can connect to the car with a computer then I would delete the app from the phone and reinstall it.
