Go Times Not Functional?

Hello all,

I have a 2019 Energi and the Go Times to pre-heat the cabin refuse to work for me.

I had a 2017 where the Go Times worked perfectly but the 2019 is stubbornly not abiding by them.

The car is plugged in, Go Times synced, and I even left the HVAC system turned on when I park at night and no joy.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Yes, but there is a master on/off button as well.  Look in the upper right corner of go time schedule screen.  Maybe toggle that on/off button?

Found the solution:

On the touchscreen in the car, in the Charging section, the Go Time section had my days, times, and temperature set, but the on/off button there was set to "off" (probably the factory default); enabling that, while plugged in and the car turned on, resolved the issue.

The app did not indicate any issues with the Go Times at all; everything looked fine with the days, times, and temperature.

  • 2 years later...

good morning,

I have a 2019 Energi and recently have had a battery energy control module replaced because of some warnings displayed in the cluster. since then the maximun driving

distance on a full charge has dropped to 25-27 miles from an pre-repair high of 39 miles and an average of 32-34 miles. the disply after shutting off showing the distance on the

next charge on the right side of the cluster has three cryteria, driving style, climate control usage and outside temp/other. no matter the actual temp the outside temp/other aspect

is now heavily in the negative catagory. does anyone one know what the other is?

It almosts sounds as if the car thinks it's a 2018 or older now.  The 2019-2020 have the larger 9.0kWh battery (7.0 useable), vs my 2015 has 7.6kWh (5.6 useable).  Using that difference applied to your mileage, the 33 miles becomes 26 miles.  I can't see how the new module would misread the battery, unless maybe they put the module in for the pre-2018 models?

I dunno.
