Hardp Posted March 4, 2019 at 04:43 PM Report Share Posted March 4, 2019 at 04:43 PM I have a 2013 Energi Titanium. On the screen where I have set it to Empower, it shows my mileage at 83 mpg. However, when i go to my "Trip Screen" for Trip 1 it shows 12 + hours of drive time, 135 miles and 687.1 mpg. Trip 2 shows 92 + hours of drive time, 5,838 miles (of which 769 are EV miles) and 134.8 mpg. What do these numbers all mean?
murphy Posted March 4, 2019 at 05:38 PM Report Share Posted March 4, 2019 at 05:38 PM If you are charging the HVb those numbers are meaningless. The configuration of the 2013 can be changed to display MPGe which takes gasoline and charging into account. If I was displaying mpg in the summertime it would be 999.9. That's because from late spring through early fall my engine doesn't run at all. 999.9 is basically infinity because miles are going on the car but zero gasoline is being used. Anything divided by zero is defined to be infinity. ptjones
