I want to get access to the full range of the batteries or atleast a consistant 21miles, possibly further. I do not mean just your driving habits. Obviously EV+ lets you go farther when you get close to home, or a usual destination (Page 152 of the downloaded unofficial owners manual). Why do I have to wait 2-4 weeks? Now how do we get access to this system so that all my stops are my usual destination. Kapish! Is the USB in the console an entry control point? I recommend getting your cabin comfy before departure (while its plugged in) using your MyFord mobile app. Just use your heated seats while driving that should be more than suffice. Game on.The USB in the console may be an entry control point as well, but I think its primary purpose is to use to plug in your ipod, memory stick, etc, to play your favorite mp3 songs.
