I went to apps and I had the option of install software. When i clicked on it and clicked yes, it said to make sure the software is in the root directory of my device. I have been searching for an hour and haven't had much luck. I've tried finding software to download to my SD card like SYNC Applink but I can't find a download. My 2013 Dodge Ram Laramie UConnect is so easy to figure out. Could someone please let me know what I'm doing wrong or what I need to do in order to get apps to show up and going? I've got CCPU S/W 4.29.122285_Product. You can see the attachment for a pic of the system information screen. Thank yall and Semper Fi! That VIN is for a standard Ford, not a Fusion Energi.Second, my recollection is that My Ford Touch does not support app installation.
