Platinum15Ti Posted January 11, 2017 at 10:51 PM Report Share Posted January 11, 2017 at 10:51 PM Picked up and tinted Monday evening, lowered yesterday. Windows are 5% on sides and rear and 35% windshield. It's been snowy and rainy he last few days so I'll et better photos after cleaning it up and removing the door emblems. Pg3ibew Posted January 12, 2017 at 12:48 AM Report Share Posted January 12, 2017 at 12:48 AM 2 questions. Why would you lower it? and HOW do you lower it?
Platinum15Ti Posted January 12, 2017 at 12:57 AM Author Report Share Posted January 12, 2017 at 12:57 AM It looks better in my opinion with less wheel well gap and has far less body roll. I did it mainly for looks, but it handles better as well. I tint and lower everything I buy, including my Corvette.
Platinum15Ti Posted January 12, 2017 at 12:58 AM Author Report Share Posted January 12, 2017 at 12:58 AM Oops.. Didn't mean to submit. There are multiple ways. Coilovers are probably the best way to do it. They include shocks, struts and springs and are adjustable. I changed only the springs. It's a lease so I didn't want to spend much to do it, but it still rides like stock and handles better.

My14Energi Posted January 13, 2017 at 06:14 AM Report Share Posted January 13, 2017 at 06:14 AM Ok...a little more smooshed looking there. More importantly, how has it been adjusting to the dial gear shift vs. lever gear shifter?
Platinum15Ti Posted January 13, 2017 at 10:05 AM Author Report Share Posted January 13, 2017 at 10:05 AM I prefer the lever.. The knob just seems odd to me.

muzicman61 Posted November 9, 2020 at 04:13 PM Report Share Posted November 9, 2020 at 04:13 PM The pictures would be easier to see if the Photobucket watermark was not there.
