psu86 Posted December 15, 2016 at 04:33 PM Report Share Posted December 15, 2016 at 04:33 PM I have a 2013 Fusion Energi. It will take a full charge from 110v at home but will not accept a 220V charge from Chargepoint station. I have checked with Chargepoint and my account is fine. When connecting at Chargepoint, I do get the ring rotation lights, but then the ring goes dark and does not show the typical quarter circle glow. I get a text message about 15 minutes later saying the car is drawing little power and may be fully charged...but it's not. Anyone else have this problem? Thanks. murphy Posted December 15, 2016 at 04:50 PM Report Share Posted December 15, 2016 at 04:50 PM The only thing that immediately comes to mind is that if the Chargepoint station is connected to commercial three phase power it will be providing 208 volts instead of 240 volts. I do not know if that is a problem or not. The Owner's Manual does not list the charging voltage specifications. It's also possible the Chargepoint station is broken. Are there any other ones close by that you could try?

psu86 Posted December 20, 2016 at 08:23 PM Author Report Share Posted December 20, 2016 at 08:23 PM Thanks for the feedback. My default profile for past 3 years has been 'charge now' and home profile was set to 'value charge'. Somehow a week or so ago, the default got changed to 'value charge'. Just switched it back and am good to go.Appreciate your inputs...it did the trick. jeff_h and Timewellspent
