I downloaded and activated the MyFordMobile app. I'd like it to show a picture of my car, not a fuzzy, silver C-Max. Can I do that? If so, how? Thanks. Pulled into a pharmacy here in Milton, VT. Virtually parked next to another 2017 Energi Titanium Ruby Red! Must be a popular car. Now, can we change the MyFordMobile picture to match? I believe there was a drop-down menu to select the color, but it did not function. I could not select a color. If I go to "My Account" the VIN, name of the vehicle display, but the color is blank. I have no knowledge of how their system is structured, but if I had to guess, I would say that there is a validation table that lists which colors are available for each model year. My guess is that as of right now, the validation table does not have any entries for the 2017 model year. I used the hack referenced above to fix my 2014 Focus electric in about June of 2014.
