Your ride will be a lot worse. I was going to drive the 40k on the 17"s and when I need new tires THEN get the 18" + tires. If you do get new wheels, make sure their dimensions match Ford's so you do get wheel well rub and good clearence on the regen brake system. * Plus one = Wheel +1" larger and inner tire dimention is -1" so the outer wheel size is the same.
