With five powertrain choices including two EcoBoost® engines plus hybrid and plug-in hybrid variants, the all-new Fusion comes to market with a “game-on attitude,” says Ron Cogan, Green Car Journal publisher. David Mondragon, Ford general marketing manager, said Ford is “very honored” the 2013 Fusion has been recognized as Green Car of the Year. “From EcoBoost to hybrid and plug-in hybrid offerings, the new Fusion is delivering best-in-class fuel economy all wrapped in a dynamic package,” Mondragon said.
