Hybridbear Posted February 22, 2015 at 06:23 PM Report Share Posted February 22, 2015 at 06:23 PM The last day we ran the ICE in the Energi was January 19th, the day we got home from our road trip to California. It's now been long enough that we show up as #1 for having a 100% EV ratio over the last 30 days. Two weeks from today is the next time I anticipate needing the ICE so we'll see how long we can keep that ranking! Granted, we've only driven 315 miles in that time according to Gas Sipper ranking, but we've probably driven about 1000 miles in the Focus Electric in that time, all without using a single drop of gasoline. :happy feet:  :headspin: :superhero: :arrive_alive: :flyaway: :shift: :shoppingcart_: Doug0716, Timewellspent and Da0ne
Russael Posted February 23, 2015 at 02:57 AM Report Share Posted February 23, 2015 at 02:57 AM Nice. I'm currently trying to reach the top 10 for gas sipper. I'm #12 at the moment and have about 1/8 tank of gas left... but it keeps getting SO cold here (expected -7F tonight) that the car isn't giving me a choice about staying in EV Now, so I may JUST miss it since I'll need to put gas in the car soon. shaggy314 Posted March 2, 2015 at 09:10 PM Report Share Posted March 2, 2015 at 09:10 PM Now that Gas sipper is actually WORKING for me, I hope to get #1 or #2 this summer as I've had tanks go as long as 4600 (or 4800 I forget). :-) Serenity (blue one) in Texas (region #4) but currently #10. Hybridbear Posted March 3, 2015 at 02:30 PM Author Report Share Posted March 3, 2015 at 02:30 PM We're up to just over 500 miles without using any gas since we filled up in January after our road trip. I expect that it'll be at about 550 before I have to use gas to go to Wisconsin this Sunday. I'll be curious to see what our EV Ratio falls to after driving 250 freeway miles on Sunday.
