I downloaded the My Ford Mobile App later that afternoon. I went out to the car and accepted the request from the app, and then did it again yesterday afternoon (Monday). However, I still cannot see anything through the app. Is there anything else that I need to do? Should I delete the app and reload it? I had the same thing happen to me with the mobile app. I did the second confirmation but nothing happened- I was totally locked out. Up-to-date complete info was shown for my car (purchased last weekend!) on the desktop site. Try deleting the app (not your account!) and reinstalling it from the app store.
