openair Posted January 31, 2015 at 12:46 AM Report Share Posted January 31, 2015 at 12:46 AM (edited) Often when setting destination to home from the right LCD with the steering wheel controls, after it shows calcing route, it returns to the first destination selection screen or compass with no route. Usually when setting destination home I have to set it twice. There often isn't even an ok for guidance prompt under navigation on the right LCD after setting destination home once. Anyone else experience this? Maybe it takes a little longer than I am giving it before trying again? I also sometimes get stuck on this LCD when receiving texts at the listen, cancel, or dial. I believe it sticks when I hit listen on the center LCD instead of ok with the steering wheel controls. After doing so, listen or cancel do nothing with the steering controls. Dial eventually works but takes a good 20+ seconds. The listen, cancel or dial prompt also doesn't appear on the right LCD while I have navigation guidance on that LCD. Anyone else experience this? I would have thought the listen, cancel, dial prompt would pop the LCD regardless of current usage with an incoming text. Seems counter productive to the propose of these keep your hands on the wheel and eyes on the road controls.
