It has worked perfectly until today when I got a "fault" light. I didn't know where to start so I called Siemens 800-743-6367. A got a very responsive customer service person who told me to do a "hard" set by unplugging it for 1.5 hours. She started a service request and a tech called me within 1/2 hour. He said there is also a soft set by pressing the start button twice, but that since we were already into the hard reset, let that finish and he would call me and check the result. He called right on time, we plugged it back in and it works great. He gave me his personal number in case the problem comes back. GREAT SERVICE!.
