On my left screen I go to Settings -> Vehicle -> Remote Start. I can go to System (it's set to Enable) and Duration (set to 15 minutes). However, the Quiet Start menu option is disabled and while I can go into Climate Control, all options there are grayed out as well. My car is overly cold even after remote starting, I'd sure like to be able to check all these settings - Why are all these menu options grayed out?
