SamanthaCycles Posted January 10, 2015 at 03:10 AM Report Share Posted January 10, 2015 at 03:10 AM I almost always keep my screen in Entertainment mode and I noticed yesterday when I turn my car off then later back on, the screen resets to Home with the 4 quadrants displaying. I swear the screen used to stay in last mode used? Or am I crazy? I think would have noticed before it it was resetting to home every time. I've had the car just over a month. Can't find an answer anywhere else online.
howardbc Posted January 10, 2015 at 04:36 AM Report Share Posted January 10, 2015 at 04:36 AM Hi, SamanthaCycles. Unfortunately there doesn't appear to be a way to select a default "Home " screen. I remember being able to do this with my 2008 Prius but evidently you can't with the FFE. I like the screen that shows the outline of the car and which parts of it are running, but it always goes back to the 4 quadrants display every time I turn the car off. If anyone knows how to set a default screen, let me know. Thanks.
Energized Posted January 10, 2015 at 10:49 PM Report Share Posted January 10, 2015 at 10:49 PM The MFT screen wil always default to the home screen when first started. You can however customize the screen to the right of the speedo to display any of the four MFT categories; Phone, Nav, Entertainment, or Climate. There are currently no settings within the system that allow you to choose an alternative default screen. Kim Hybridbear
