I think I remember reading in a Ford document that the Fusion Energi also has two OBDII ports. I can only find the one that is on the lower left side, right above the hood release. I've had the cover off of the big battery several times and didn't see one there. If you try that watch the "christmas tree" retainers. One got away from me and fell down beside the battery.
