After 9PM Value Charging started and ended OK with MyFordMobile tracking the charging OK. I did however MISS the Value Charging STARTED text message but the Charge Complete text message was received about 10PM. Possible problem could be weak AT&T Cell Phone service in your area (AT&T network is used for communication between your vehicle and MyFordMobile). Also, any information requested from Ford is like "pulling teeth" - sometimes you get an answer after weeks of waiting and other times there is just "silence".They do not seem to be interested in correcting any of the problems associated with it.... I get break, % electricity, and driver score numbers, but my miles between gas is total bunk. It's currently at 45, but has been 40 and 49 for weeks on end.
