Charge Fault

Just got this today. 6000 miles, had vehicle for 4 months.

Battery not charging. Did master reset and all the other tips offered in the forum.

Another trip to the dealer, number 3 so far.

Add this to a long list of glitches that I have had.

I do not recommended this car to anyone who expects a trouble free car after spending 50k

You say trip #3 to dealer, what were the other issues?  And you note that the battery is not charging, is that with a 240v charger and if so was there any difference when trying the stock 120V charger (assuming you tried that to rule out the charger being the issue)?

I think the highest sticker price I saw on any 2013 Energi was $46k, did you get yours loaded and pay sticker price or perhaps above sticker price?

Other issues have been repeated check engine light, last time they said they did not have a fix for the code that was coming up but that ford knew about it and was working on it. So I have been living with an intermittent check engine light for last 2 months and now the charge fault issue.

Fully loaded, not sure of the exact price but it was right there plus I upgraded rims and tires. Bought through my company fleet since we buy many fords.
