chancelperry Posted February 2, 2014 at 03:42 AM Report Share Posted February 2, 2014 at 03:42 AM Asking $1100 OBO. No TPMS. Center caps and lug nuts included. Buyer pays shipping. According to Discount Tire, the tires have 10/32" of tread left. I only drove 2,891 miles on them. Tires have never been damaged or patched. Wheels have no curb rash, though one wheel has a couple of scuffs from transport. I bought it knowing it had a minor scuff, it was barely noticeable. I am including a picture indicating where it is at. I called my local dealer and one wheel is $528!!! Tires are $171 a piece at Discount Tire. Ridiculous in my opinion so I think someone will be getting a good deal from this. PM me for me details. Wheel Size: 17" Tires: Michelin Energy Saver All-Season P225/50/R17Note: Please, no trades or asking to separate them. I am only selling them all together. mmmhmmmm Posted February 23, 2014 at 09:35 PM Report Share Posted February 23, 2014 at 09:35 PM Put them on ebay 1 at a time. I sold mine this way within 2 weeks. People buy them to use as spares for the Fusion Hybrid and Energi. Good luck! jeff_h
chancelperry Posted February 23, 2014 at 10:56 PM Author Report Share Posted February 23, 2014 at 10:56 PM Good idea! How much did they go for and how much was shipping for each one? Did you just make one post and say quantity available? mmmhmmmm
mmmhmmmm Posted February 25, 2014 at 12:02 AM Report Share Posted February 25, 2014 at 12:02 AM (edited) I made one post with a quantity of 4. I might have messed that up because every time I sold one I had to re-post the listing. I was extra cautious with wording so it was very clear the auction was for one wheel.I used the online FedEx shipping calculator to figure out how much to charge, then I shipped from one of those "Goin Postal" stores and quickly learned that those places markup the rates. The receipts have been shredded, and I can't recall how much I paid for shipping. I just remember being angry at the huge difference between FedEx rates and the "Goin Postal" rates! Check out this thread where I weighed an OEM wheel and tire and posted the results Edited February 25, 2014 at 12:07 AM by mmmhmmmm
