FINALLY got the memory seats to work with handle grab entry

That's funny.  A Driving Score of 10 in 1.9 miles.  Is that the all time low??

 

My dealer had to test drive my car also but it did not affect my Driving Score like that.  They did return my car to me with a completely drained HVB and did not bother to charge it before calling me and saying my car was ready.

Has anyone figured this out? This still doesn't work for us. The dealership screwed up programming the APIM so now we cannot access the remote start settings. I brought the car back today and they didn't do anything to fix it. Today they drained the HVB and burned 0.11 gallons of gas. When I saw that the HVB was depleted after they called and told me they were done I called and asked if they could please plug it in. They did and I got home right before the car dropped into hybrid mode. They had the heat cranked up to HI and fan on full blast as part of their testing. They are going to contact Ford on Monday to try to figure out how to fix it.
