My dealer had to test drive my car also but it did not affect my Driving Score like that. They did return my car to me with a completely drained HVB and did not bother to charge it before calling me and saying my car was ready. The dealership screwed up programming the APIM so now we cannot access the remote start settings. I brought the car back today and they didn't do anything to fix it. Today they drained the HVB and burned 0.11 gallons of gas. When I saw that the HVB was depleted after they called and told me they were done I called and asked if they could please plug it in. They did and I got home right before the car dropped into hybrid mode. They had the heat cranked up to HI and fan on full blast as part of their testing.
