Confirmation process not working

Confirmation process not working. MFM stopped working after 3 days. All features had been working great. Stopped updating vehicle info after 3 days. Called support and they bad me delete and re-enter vehicle and that did nothing. They couldn't help so they said they would escalate the problem and I would hear in 3 days. That was 10 days ago. I have deleted vehicle several times and re-added vehicle, on web and in smartphone. No matter which way I add vehicle it takes info and says it is sending confirmation to car but I never get confirmation screens in vehicle. Seems like a very useful app and my salesperson used it in sales pitch as a way to remote start and remote lock/unlock. It would be great unfit worked for kore than 3 days ever. Any ideas??

Two possibilities.

 

Is the AT&T cell network available with a strong signal where the car is parked?

 

If that isn't the problem, then the data radio may need to be reset.

There are two ways to do that.

 

Lay on your back in the driver's foot well with your head in the vicinity of the accelerator pedal.  With a flashlight you will be able to see the fuse panel.  Pull fuse #10/11 (it's a dual fuse) for 5 minutes.  There is a fuse extractor in the upper left corner of the fuse block.  It is white plastic.  Pay attention to how it is stored so it can be returned to its clips when done.  Be careful when removing from its resting place since if you drop it there is a chance it can fall behind the carpet which means some major disassembly to retrieve it.  Guess how I know that?  Maybe stuff some cloth behind the edge of the carpet to block that path.  Use the wide end to pull the dual fuse.

 

The other way is to disconnect the negative lead to the 12 volt battery in the trunk for 5 minutes.  This will require the ICE to relearn its operating parameters and some of the configuration you may have done to be repeated.
