markb Posted September 21, 2013 at 03:12 PM Report Share Posted September 21, 2013 at 03:12 PM I have a Titanium model with black leather seats that are already showing significant wear at four separate points on the left driver's side vertical seat bolster after only 300 miles of driving. My dealer says they will photograph it and send it to Ford and assures me Ford will replace the seat back. Is anyone else having this kind of problem? I'm hoping it won't just come back 300 miles after the seat is replaced!

I wonder if there was defective material on yours (which happens for just about any car/component I bet), as we currently have about 7,400 miles on our Energi Titanium and all still looks like new. markb Posted September 25, 2013 at 12:10 PM Author Report Share Posted September 25, 2013 at 12:10 PM Apparently so. The dealer took photos and sent them to Ford. Ford has agreed to replace the leather seat back. Should be done in a week or two,
