BWilliams Posted September 6, 2013 at 03:32 AM Report Share Posted September 6, 2013 at 03:32 AM Greetings fellow Energi Enthusiasts. New guy here that just took delivery of a new 2013 Fusion Energi Titanium a couple days ago. Long story short, but I'm the LAST guy you'd think that would be driving a Hybrid/Energi vehicle! I'm one of those guys that has been driving diesel pickups for several years that likes to modify them for added performance which in return allows the truck to smoke a little... Anyhow, with the deals being offered over the Labor Day weekend I decided to look at a short term lease on a new Fusion Energi and couldn't find a single reason NOT to pull the trigger on one. Between finding a way to get the home 240V charging system installed at no charge and being able to charge it up at work it was a no brainer. I commute 43 miles each way and was shocked to see I was able to make it to work on ALL battery. I do have to point out that my commute to work is pretty much down hill or level roads. Going home is a little different story and seeing the leaves disappear is really bugging me LOL I'm still in shock of all the options/features and technology the Ford Fusion Energi offers! I can't stop reading the forums and watching videos about the car. Getting one with EVERY single option available is going to keep me busy learning and hopefully I won't get bored with it right away like I normally do with vehicles. I absolutely love the Adaptive Cruise Control. That option should be on every single vehicle built. I do have a few questions, but will do a little more searching through forums before I start asking away. To those of you that are lurkers I HIGHLY recommend taking a closer look at the Fusion Energi and put one in your driveway! meyersnole, jeff_h and Andre07

I also love the Adaptive Cruise Control and I will never buy another car without it. There are many very knowledgeable people on this forum. You will learn a lot from them. I know I sure have! mdNergi Posted September 6, 2013 at 08:35 PM Report Share Posted September 6, 2013 at 08:35 PM Welcome aboard. I too just joined recently. I can tell you this, one can't seem to stop watching the fordwoner youtube videos. There are a ton of those and you might end up watching some of them multiple times. Once on your computer and then on your smartphone when inside the car :)
