Green/yellow/red to show average speeds and see the three separate icons showing reported accidents. Note that it does not show for me when zooming way way out, so I normally keep mine set on the scale shown below. The route is highlighted in green then the traffic is shown on the outside of the lane in the appropriate color. It's very hard to see IMO. If you look through the nav/map settings there are options to show what icons you want to see, so explore the settings on your system to see the exact ones apply to what you want. In my above pic I only want to see the icons for accidents... I don't want to see icons for road construction or slow traffic conditions as it then displays several dozen icons for a busy map such as that of DC.
