freethinker1955 Posted March 26, 2023 at 07:16 PM Report Share Posted March 26, 2023 at 07:16 PM (edited) In searching the forums, I found that the T155/70/17 tire from a 2013 and up Ford Escape would fit the car. However, in one of the posts they mention the fact that it comes in two sizes, the 17x4 and the 17x4.5. Would the 17x4 fit? or does it have to be the 17x4.5? Second, so I am looking at several sets which are varying distances, and one of them is a T165/70/17 which is from a wrecked 2013 Escape. Does anyone know if this tire would present a problem since it is a T165 and not 155? muzicman61 Posted March 28, 2023 at 05:09 PM Report Share Posted March 28, 2023 at 05:09 PM You'd be better off asking this question in a Ford Escape forum. This forum is for Ford Fusion Energi owners.
jsamp Posted March 29, 2023 at 06:09 AM Report Share Posted March 29, 2023 at 06:09 AM I think he's asking because the escape spare fits the hubs of the energi. Thus you can use it as a spare instead of the 'fix-a-flat' option in your trunk. Of course that means you have to carry it around with you and lose even more trunk space.
