mikenmar Posted June 25, 2013 at 05:42 PM Report Share Posted June 25, 2013 at 05:42 PM One of my few gripes so far: The key fob is enormous. Takes up way too much space on my key chain and in my pocket. Any decent after-market alternatives? I don't need them to hold the metal key inside. Nor do I care about the other non-essential features. I just want something that will lock/unlock the doors and trunk, and allow me to start the car of course. gary945 Posted September 5, 2013 at 10:06 PM Report Share Posted September 5, 2013 at 10:06 PM My friend's C-Max Energi fob is quite a bit sleeker. I see no reason why Ford made the Fusion's fob so much fatter. It makes for an uncomfortable lump in my pockets.
ChuckJ Posted September 12, 2013 at 09:52 PM Report Share Posted September 12, 2013 at 09:52 PM You can put it in the holding area of the center console an just lock the car if you want. Then you don't have to have anything in your pocket at all. ChuckJ Dag

dstolp Posted October 11, 2015 at 05:13 AM Report Share Posted October 11, 2015 at 05:13 AM (edited) I know this is an old thread but I would also like to find a smaller key fob. I would be fine if it didn't even have any buttion just the wireless function to unlock the door when you put your hand in the handle and allow you to start the car. Has anyone found a good solution yet? Edited October 15, 2015 at 12:08 AM by dstolp
