2014 FFE 24k After charging (Lemund 240v 16A charging station) on hot summer day 7/6/16, the "is car still plugged in?" prompted yes/no. car was unplugged. answer yes. spinning charge port lights. car would not start/engage... after plugging and unplugging charger a number of times car engaged. after returning home 16miles EV, car still had spinning charge port. tried starting car and prompted "is car still plugged in?" car had not been recharged since earlier that afternoon. car started. still spinning wheel of death.... charged later that evening using 110v charger. car started in the morning. what is the likely cause and solution? seems to be fine today, drove 18 miles EV. however, did not try to recharge after last 110v charge . are there any notices or field actions, etc, to explain or service conditions? anyone experience similar issues with or without resolve? OK, found TSB for energi built in 2013, not 2014. sounds like it was is a calibration issue and could be fixed with update. does that make sense for a 2014 energi? Ive only found older posts listed in this forum without final resolution. THx
