I have 20k miles on my 2013 Energi (Titanium) and haven't had any major problems with it (I did have problems with the the Go-Times but a firmware upgrade fixed it). Totally love the car. I am however having some minor (apparently software related) glitches that have begun to pop up that has me a little concerned. About every other week, I will randomly get a message on the left dashboard screen that says something like "Press brake to start engine". It'll come on while I'm moving as well as when I'm at a stop light. I ignore it and it eventually goes away. The other random message I get is on the right dashboard screen and it says 'Temporary lost Communications with Touch Screen". That message will clear by pressing the left arrow key on the right steering wheel control pod, and selecting a different display (Navigation for example). Also, typically the Bluetooth connection to my android phone works well, but it is very intermittent with the 'text messages' reading. I'd estimate that the car can access the text messages on my phone about 30% of the time. The other times it just says my phone does not support that feature. A final 'glitch' is on the My Ford Mobile site - under the 'My Community' statistics for 'Most Miles Traveled without adding gas' , it always reports my miles as in the 30's, usually 36 or 38 miles. I always get at least 1,400 miles to the tank, and drive about 1400-1500 miles in a 30 day period. I thought it might be because I sometimes hit the gas cap release button on the console by accident, but it does not seem to be related. Once again, I really don't care about the number, I'm just worried that this is a symptom of a greater problem. Has anyone else seen these errors? Any ideas what's the root cause?
