Hi everyone: I've owned a 2017 Ford Fusion Energi platinum since October 2016. I LOVE my car. I'm absolutely floored with its mileage and with just about everything about it!!! BIT. I have been having some issues with its Telematics unit.. you know.... that wonderful modem like device that allows the app to connect and schedule charging.... or warm and prep the vehicle to be driven, or let you see the other local driver rankings etc etc etc.. Well I have less than 6000km on my car (that's 3750miles for my US brethren). And I've just had my THIRD telematics unit fail!!!! It seems they have about a 2 week lifespan in my car!!!! Before I take this vehicle in and gave the FOURTH unit installed under warranty, I thought I'd ask the group if this is an isolated incident..... or..,,, has anyone else had similar issues????? I'm just honestly looking for someone to tell me tgeyve had the same issue and gotten it resolved..., because I love my car dooooo much I just can't bear to think I own a lemon...,,, Any input from the group??
