Hi everyone, noob to the forum and to FFE here. This is my first post so be gentile. I have what I hope is a dumb question with a simple answer. I bought a used 2016 FFE three months ago. We have been on several cross country trips in it and I absolutely love the car, until this morning. My wife went to go to work and the car was absolutely dark, nothing. No lights, no dome lights, no dash lights no side markers, nothing. She took my truck to work and I plugged it in, as I forgot to last night. No blue charging ring. No red ring, no blue ring, no ring period. The charging cable has the required steady green charging lights, but nothing is working on the car. This is a two ton anchor at this point. I left the charging cable plugged in and went to work on the motorcycle. I hope that is detailed enough for some insight on what I am not doing right to get this awesome car back on the road.

I am a new Energi owner (about 1 month. I use the 110 V charger that came with the car and I generally plug it in when I get home from work and then unplug it the next morning. I also have the MyFord Mobile app so I generally get an email that says: Hello, Fred's Energi is fully charged. Enjoy your ride! When I drive off, I have 22 miles of electric energy but then, after I've unplugged the charger, by the time I get to work I get a follow-up email that says: Hello, We thought you would like to know that Fred's Energi has experienced an accidental unplug while charging. Please plug Fred's Energi in for the charging to continue. any thoughts on what's going on and do I need to be concerned/
