Never mind. It seems the owners manual I was provided with was obsolete. Version 2 shows how to turn the function on and off. The Ford website does provide a link to the manual, so the PDF version I have now will have to replace the book in the glove compartment.

I see the Grade Assist warning light on, and I have no idea how I turned it on. And there is nothing in the owners manual about how to turn it off. The only reference in the manual is on page 83, which tells me that the light is illuminated when the assist function is turned on. How do I turn it off? Thank you
