Cant figure out how to put in an address in that is in Nevada? I am in California and I can't find anywhere where to change?

Whats really crazy is I had 15 miles on my car after i purchased (last week) and I was standing outside the car while the car was running, and I had a weird almost TRON noise whining coming (high piched alternating freq) from the car... the only thing i can compare it to is when the first time i saw a Fiskar Karma electric sitting at a stop light.. very strange un-explainable sound.. almost thought something was wrong.. I have not heard it since and I now have 250 miles on the car..

Purchased my Fusion Today!.. I was told by the finance dept. the HOV stickers were gone.. as of May 09 Right before I got the keys my Saleman gave me the stickers in hand... (I thought you had to go thru DMV to get these) He gave me 2 Big and 2 Small? Do all of these go on the car?
