Ford replaced my warping trim under warranty. The dealer has to send photographic evidence to Ford for them to deem it acceptable for replacement. (Maybe Ford has had more reports and are gathering info on it.) Hopefully the new trim doesn't warp.

I finally got my evaporator replaced. Like other said, the entire dash was removed to do the repair. Overall the service team did a good job. No rattles or anything as of yet. @HotLap - Some of the best service I've ever got was when I had an Infiniti M Hybird. They really went above and beyond to make you feel special and address your concerns.

Oh boy. I'm having my musty vents fixed this Saturday. This is part of my concern... making sure eveything gets put back together so it looks correct and there's no rattles, creeks, or squeeks.

I actually just noticed this same problem on one of my back doors yesterday. I didn't take the time to look closely at it and thought that it may not be fastened or snapped in completely. But from what your saying looks like I might need to have a dealer look at it at sone point.

I have a 2014 and have also notice quite a bit of wind noise from the sunroof. When looking at the roof from the outside, I can see that the back part of the sunroof is slightly higher (maybe 1 - 2 mm) than the rest of the sunroof. I've taken it to dealer once already and asked it to be adjusted, but I don't see or hear any improvement. I will probably take it to another dealer and see what they say.

I'm pretty sure the MPG / MPGe readings reflect the remote start energy usage. I do know that if it's plugged in and you remote start, it uses the electricity from the charger to power the environmental system. As far as everything else, sounds like you may need to set up some experiments and try it. I have no idea on those questions.

Mine was working and then it stopped. I will try your fix and see if it gets it back working again.

That's Microsoft for you... It's too bad that it's not just open source so the community could fix and develop.
