In my residential area, our electricity rates are tiered, and we do hit tier 4 during the summer months, which last month was around $.40 kWh, so it makes me pretty sad I paid extra to have a car with less gas mileage than the hybrid AND paid a premium for that battery, but it's not even efficient for me to use it! It's better off paying that $3.70 or so for the gallon and getting 40+mpg.

How are you guys even getting so low though? This is a price without taking into consideration the tax credit and rebate. With this options, the price for a 2014 FFE Titanium tends to put it around 40k MSRP. I see averages at maybe 10% off MSRP, so 36K + taxes and fees. I find it hard to believe that you guys are getting lower than the invoice for 2014 models.

I wanted a titanium model but I don't think I would have been able to get a better price than this $36000, so ~$32,000 before taxes and fees. Still need to file rebate for California and see how federal tax credit will work. 2013 FFE SE Deep Impact Blue Driver Assist Package Active Park Assist Cruise Control Rear View Camera Unfortunately, these are all things I didn't care much about, though they are neat.I wanted mostly the push button start, a rear sensor/camera, and on screen navigation, which titanium models will have, other than the navigation. I wasn't aware the SYNC myford touch wasn't an actual screen navigation. I didn't even realize turn by turn navigation was different. I'm disappointed in that regard, but I still have my android phone and google maps. There were 2014 FFE Titaniums at another dealership with just the navigation system added so those would have been appropriate cars for my fit/need, they MSRP at $38,120. However, I don't think I would have been able to score much of a deal with these, and would have been more along $38-39k out the door. But that's my speculation. How well do you guys think I did?
