Can someone tell where lists of icons are for traffic and weather I as on the weather screen and it looked like a broken bridge butI could not put cursor on like my old sync then I had a stack of cars which I assume is traffic but no idea

I have question about GO Time I charge my car at night on a low/high demand system so it charges at 9:00 pm and is usually done about 2 am I have GO set for 7:00 am does that mean it turns on at 7;00 or just ready to go, do I lose charge between 2 and 7?
