About FordServiceCA

  1. Hi openair, Have you brought it back to the dealer to get it looked at? Mathieu
  2. I've reviewed this thread as well as another thread of yours discussing the orange wrench you're seeing. I'd like to get this escalated to your regional customer service manager, who will be able to explore additional avenues of assistance in conjunction with your servicing dealership. Please send a private message my way with your full name, VIN, servicing dealer, updated odometer reading, and your best daytime contact number. I'll get the ball rolling. Brittany Ford Service CA
  3. Hi openair, Let me see what can be done for your IA issues; send me a private message with your VIN, odometer reading, full name, phone number, and servicing dealer. Thanks, Mathieu
  4. Hey openair, To clarify, diagnosis fees will not apply when a repair is found to be covered under warranty. If after diagnosing, it is found that the repair is not covered, you may be responsible for the diagnosis fee. Your CSM would be best to speak with about this for your specific situation. Are you still working with them on this? Nick
  5. Hey everyone, If you've had an unsatisfactory experience, please don't hesitate to reach out to either myself (if you're locate in Canada), or my co-workers at FordService (if located in the United States). We'll be happy to take a closer look into your situation and see how we can help. Hey openair, Diagnosis fees are standard across the majority of our dealers, and will not apply when the repair is covered under warranty. All dealerships have an assigned CSM contact, but generally only involve them when needed. If you would like to have the CSM close your case and you work solely with your dealership, please let me know, and I'll gladly email your CSM to let them know. Nick
  6. Have you consulted this with your dealer, expresspotato? I suggest talking to them. They're in the best position to check this out and let you know what's going on. Mariel
  7. Fingers crossed for you, expresspotato! Feel free to reach out and let me know how it feels once you've got your ride back. Mariel
  8. Glad to hear that the part is in, expresspotato! I suggest talking to the dealer about the car being driven with minimal transmission fluid. As Ford-Certified Technicians they're the experts. Let me know how it goes. Mariel
  9. This holiday weekend, let us remember the reason and its meaning. We will be out of the office tomorrow, Good Friday. Have a happy Easter! Nikki Ford Service CA
  10. Hey sorinmtl, Has your dealer been able to look at this? Send over the current odometer reading and your preferred dealer; I'll look into this further. Nikki Ford Service CA
  11. Thanks for the update, openair. :) Seemingly, everything is functioning as intended. Feel free to reach out if this situation changes, or if something else comes up; I'll be more than happy to help. Nikki Ford Service CA
  12. Thanks for the update, openair. Do you have booking arrangements with the other dealer? Send that over: I'll request a follow-up from your CSM to see what solutions are available. Nikki Ford Service CA
