  1. Csewellpxl - no connection under the existing sill plates. I had to run wires to the overhead console.
  2. I called Ford Technology. I was told that the "engineers" have turned off the update server and it will be turned on for an update scheduled to be released this summer.
  3. yes I enabled the new skill yesterday ... it works great ... no issue
  4. I had a fun experience tonight <sarcasm>. Got in the car to go eat dinner and the car would not start up. Pushed the button and nothing but flashing lights. Red battery warning light appeared on dash. Even the head lights would not auto off. I eventually pulled the disconnect on the HVB and the ground on the 12v. I waited a few minutes and hooked everything back up. The car then started. I have a check engine light now but it drives. Going to the dealer tomorrow.
  5. Ok my wife got me the illuminated sill plates for my 2017 FFE Titanium as a Christmas gift. The instructions included are for a 2008 Fusion (way to go Ford). I have watched the available videos for installation to the center console along the roof but I have read other places where starting in 2016 there is a place near the existing sill plates to wire up to. Anybody know anything?
  6. Check default charge profile. Make sure it is set to charge now
  7. Found the problem. I was looking to make sure that the clock in the car was correct and went to go times in Sync 3. There is a "Disable/Enable" setting for Go Times. Pics attached
  8. I have a new 2017 FFE Titanium. This replaced a 2013 FFE SE model that was totaled. In my 2013 FFE the Go Times and preconditioning was problematic. On cold winter days the go times would be set at 85 but the cabin never reached that temp or even close. Now in my 2017 model the same issue exists. Using Go Times is pointless since I am not getting the cabin to warm at all hardly. Oh and the car is plugged into a Level 2 charger at home. Does anybody have an suggestions? On a cold morning I can remote start the car and it warms the cabin fine but it also eats up battery.
  9. I just purchased a new 2017 Fusion Energi Titanium. I did not know this feature existed but I swear it seems this car takes pot holes differently than my 13 FFE. I will have to dig out my sticker and look.
  10. I couldn't reach the fuse box to pull fuse 10. I pulled the negative terminal from the 12v batter, waited a couple minutes and hooked it back up. MFM is now working. This doesn't really make me happy on a 2017 car I just purchased.
  11. The last response from MFM was last night when my car was fully charged. No notifications or updates today. MFM just times out. Anybody else?
  12. I had a 2013 FFE SE which was totaled recently. I really liked that car. I purchased a new 2017 FFE Titanium and absolutely love it. Sync 3 is much better than the original Sync the look and drive-ability of the car is much better in my opinion. The headlights are now LED and they are awesome along with the new built in DRL's. The sticker price on the 2017 FFE Titanium was much less than the sticker on my 2013 FFE SE.
  13. I read somewhere that starting 2016 the power connector is located underneath the existing sill plates and installation is much easier.
