I'm thinking about buying a 2014 Energi. There seem to be pluses and minuses...The 20+ Miles per charge of EV driving looks fantastic. The trunk is clearly a limitation. The technology looks great, though from what I have read, it looks like there are a lot of complaints with the reliability of the onboard computer system (to the point where a lawsuit has been filed against Ford). How bad is this problem for owners? Have the problems been resolved by the most recent update? Are they persisting? Has Ford been responsive in resolving complaints?
