Hi Apogee1, blars and murphy are correct. The MyFord Touch system will only accept a USB formatted to FAT32. If you're using these for audio, the supported file formats include MP3, WMA, WAV and AAC. Supported image file formats include: .jpg, .gif, .png, and .bmp. Kim

Good eye, Bills_Fussion_Energi. As of late last night, the software version should now be correct on: www.Support.Ford.com again. Just a heads-up to everyone else, Some users may receive an error message when logging in. The message reads "We're sorry. We experienced a system error while processing your request.". This issue has just been reported and our tech support team is working on getting this resolved as soon as possible. Kim -

I haven't heard of it showing V3.6.1 instead of V3.6.2. Thank you for sharing. Do you mind sending me a PM with your VIN? Is anyone else noticing this? Kim -
Hey Checkers, Your MyFord Touch system should already have V3.6.2 installed when you go to purchase. You can also verify right from the MyFord Touch display by pressing the 2 gears > HELP > SYSTEM INFORMATION > scroll down to the CCPU number. The last 5 digits will read: 13171 if the latest software has been installed. :) Kim

Hey Steve, V3.6.2 was released in August. You can follow the instructions that Bills_Fusion_Energi provided in order to verify whether or not it has been installed. I've escalated this concern and have received confirmation that our tech support team members are working on releasing a fix. I've requested an expected resolution date and plan to update this forum once I've received that information. I didn't realize you were on both forums. I'm unable to speculate on why this specific option isn't available. I can only confirm that this was an intentional design decision for V3.6.2. Hey Russael, murphy is right; the MyFord Touch system will not automatically update the clock to account for daylight savings time if you have V3.6.2 installed. This will need to be manually adjusted. It sounds like you've already done that though. :) Kim- 32 replies

howardbc, Before you delete anything, try removing the battery from your phone and replacing it. When it boots back up, make sure the Bluetooth is turned ON and see if it connects automatically the next time you start up your vehicle. This can improve the phone's connection with SYNC. Thanks Gigi; I agree that we've got some great people on this forum that are very willing to help. :) I hate to hear that you've had a negative experience so far. Hopefully Ashley and I can help turn things around. From your previous post, it sounds like you were able to register from the MyFord Mobile app. Did you complete the verification process for your vehicle? Let us know if you have questions about anything else. Since I'm only able to assist with MyFord Touch and MyFord Mobile concerns, I think it's a good idea to send Ashley a private message with the information she requested (or at least what you feel comfortable sharing via PM) to see how she can best assist.
