  1. Hey rgd18, I just stumbled across this post. I realize it's from a while ago, but I'll check the notes on your case and send you a PM once I see what is going on. Hi Chr15t0ph3r, Feel free to send me a PM with your VIN, current mileage, and mobile phone number. I'm happy to walk through troubleshooting with you. Kim
  2. Hi again, Ice Storm Fusion. Thanks for letting me know! I just responded to your PM. Kim
  3. That's awesome, eviltuna. Congratulations! Have used the voice command I'M HUNGRY yet? It's a fun command to use when you're showing off the car to friends. :) Here are a few others to get you started: http://support.ford.com/sync-technology/navigation-by-voice-sync-myford-touch Kim
  4. Hi Neil, I have a theory! I don't know much about NASCAR, but I've been known to listen to AC/DC here and there. My favorite song by them is T.N.T. (I swear I'm going somewhere with this). ;) TNT is also the abbreviation for Turner Network Television and they cover some of the NASCAR races. I have a feeling the radio sees the TNT coverage and thinks it is the song by AC/DC. SiriusXM will be able to provide more information about this feature. You can reach them at: 1-888-539-7474. Kim
  5. Hello bwheetley, Let us know if lokicat's suggestion fixed the issue. If you're still having trouble, provide some details about what's happening when you attempt to access text messaging through MyFord Touch. Kim
  6. Hi murphy, You're absolutely right; a navigation system isn't required to get directions through SYNC Services. Your vehicle just needs to have an active subscription to SYNC Services. When directions are sent from Mapquest, you will not have the option to edit the route. Kim
  7. Hi Apogee1, Perhaps you didn't receive my last message. Please check your inbox; I just sent a PM. Thanks! Kim
  8. Apogee1, I've responded to your PM. Please respond with the requested information so I can escalate this and provide you with more information. Thanks, Kim
  9. Hey Apogee1, I'm here to chime in. Please send a PM with the email you use to log into the app, the type of phone you use (including software version), the VIN, mobile phone number, and some details about what you've tried so far. I'll help get to the bottom of this. Kim
  10. Hi stvrmry, Like Russael mentioned, the 240V charger is recommended in order to receive the full benefits of Go Times. Have you tried using a 240V charger yet? Hey Christian, It looks like your questions have already been answered. Thanks, KyBuck and Murphy! :) I encourage you to set up an account at: www.MyFordMobile.com if you haven't already. Once you're logged in, click the HELP button to learn more about the website and app. Kim
  11. Hi sccofer, The traffic will only be displayed on your screen if you have an active subscription to SiriusXM Travel Link. Scroll down a little on this page to find out more information: http://www.ford.com/technology/siriusxm/ I don't have access to specific subscription information, but you can speak with a SiriusXM agent at: 1-888-304-6099 if you have any questions about your account. Kim
  12. Good; I'm glad it works. You're welcome. :) Kim
  13. Hi vett93, murphy is right; the option to adjust the brightness will only appear if the Auto Dim feature is set to OFF. To do this, press the 2 gears > DISPLAY > Auto Dim OFF > select the + or - to adjust the brightness. Kim
  14. Hey everyone, If anyone is still experiencing issues, send me a PM with your VIN and some details about what is happening. Everything should be up and running at the moment. :) Kim
  15. Hi klpeake, I saw your post here: http://www.fordfusionenergiforum.com/topic/1624-connecting-fusion-to-my-ford-mobile/?p=12890 and responded already. I'll keep an eye out for a PM from you. :) Kim
  16. Hi klpeake, I'd like to make sure we're exhausting all of our resources to get these issues resolved. Please send me a PM with your name, VIN, mileage, and phone number. Please include details about your current concerns. Kim
  17. Hi Steve, I'm sorry I didn't see this earlier. Luckily, I did see your PM in a more timely manner. Were you able to give it another shot? Information about the icon should pop up when you touch the icon. Kim
  18. Hi Ahmad Odeh, I am only trained to assist customers in the United States and Canada. For the most accurate information, I suggest contacting the Ford Middle East Customer Service Center. You will find contact information here: http://www.me.ford.com/en/dealer/parts-service/contact-us Hi Russael, Map updates for Ford vehicles located in the United States and Canada are handled by a company called HERE (formerly NavTeq). You can check for updates by visiting their website and adding your vehicle information: www.Navigation.com Hey JeffPrice, HERE does have a website that allows you to make changes to the map if you notice inaccurate information in your current map version. I encourage you to check it out: http://here.com/mapcreator/31.786427582245,44.322329,3,0,0 Kim
  19. Hi markb, If you were having issues downloading the contacts initially, I would say that LinkedIn (depending on the amount of contacts) could be causing the issue. From your first post, it seems like your contacts download fine at first, but some get randomly deleted later. Is that correct? Your phonebook should only be altered if the Automatic Phonebook Downlaod setting is turned ON, or if you make changes manually. If you would like me to look into this further, send me a PM with your name, VIN, phone number, and current mileage. Also include the type of phone and current software version. I'll see if a ticket was already created for your concern. Kim
  20. Congrats on the new car, Simon! You're going to love it. Even if the vehicle isn't equipped with navigation, you can use the turn-by-turn directions through SYNC Services. You'll find more information here: http://support.ford.com/sync-technology/sync-services-overview-sync-myford-touch If you prefer to use a navigation app that is already installed in your phone, press the VOICE COMMAND button on the steering wheel while the phone is paired and say BLUETOOTH AUDIO. This will allow the sound from the app to come through the speakers of your vehicle instead of the phone. Hey MC2, That's awesome that you're enjoying your MyFord Touch system. There was a software update released in August (V3.6.2) for MyFord Touch. Many users have indicated that the connection between their iPhones and MyFord Touch has improved drastically. Perhaps that was it. :) I encourage you to always stay up-to-date on software by checking your account at: www.Support.Ford.com Kim
  21. Hi markb, Since it sounds like the contacts are downloading fine initially then disappearing later, it seems that the Automatic Phonebook Download setting could be causing this issue. I suggest turning Automatic Phonebook Download to OFF once all contacts are downloaded to MyFord Touch again. The instructions are listed at the bottom of this page: http://support.ford.com/sync-technology/manage-phonebook-sync-myford-touch Kim
  22. Hey everyone, I thought this would be a good thread to post this link on: http://here.com/mapcreator/ This website will allow you to update information about your area if you notice that anything is out-of-date on your current maps. This helps improve future updates. I encourage you to check it out. Hi Steve, When new maps are available for your vehicle, they will be posted at: www.Navigation.com Just select the year make and model to see what is available. If you have specific questions, you can contact a representative from HERE (formerly NavTeq) at: 888-628-6277 Kim
  23. Hello to both of you, jeff_h is correct. Unfortunately, the information that is currently being shown in the Gas Sipper section is not accurate. Engineering is aware of this concern, so I will not be escalating this issue as an individual case. Kim
